The hotel was clean, and everything was perfect. It boasts a wonderful central location, just a short walk from both the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, while still being in a quieter area. We truly enjoyed our rooms with a bathroom, and overall, the service was very good.

Amazing staff and nice place. Exceptional setting in the lovely area, near to another Venetian establishment, the tourist spots and restaurants, and centre of Venice staff was really kind and helpful. Amazing and tidy room, with a particularly good bathroom.

The overall features were perfectly fine. The entire staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I appreciated my room - well priced and neat with a fan. Everywhere was clean. The location was convenient, just off the water taxi, the boat station, and other Venetian establishments. I had a wonderful stay on vacation and would choose them again next time.

The location of this place is excellent, close to a supermarket, and we enjoyed the amenities in our double room like the nice bathroom, central heating, and a convenient writing table.

The rooms were beautiful and came with individual bathrooms, perfectly meeting our demands. The service was very good! The location is ideal, with a nearby boat dock making it easy to explore. there was a market and a small supermarket conveniently located around the property.

Hot, no airco, three levels of stairs to climb from the street to get to the reception. Room door would not lock. The receptionist was vriendly and helpful.
